By creating a Gathert account — as a customer or a business — you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

Gathert provides tools to plan events, discover businesses, request quotes, chat, and purchase products.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Business accounts are also subject to our Business Terms, which form part of these Terms.

Orders are placed through Gathert and payments are processed securely by our payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

You pay for products inside Gathert through our secure payment provider. Orders are created as awaiting payment and become confirmed once payment is completed, and you will be notified when your order is confirmed.

You can chat with businesses inside Gathert to discuss quotes, customisation, and order details. Every conversation can be linked to a specific event.

Gathert is built on trust, elegance, and respect. Treat everyone with kindness and professionalism.

Be courteous in conversations. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language is not tolerated.

Provide accurate information in your events, listings, and reviews, and do not misrepresent products or services.

Do not use Gathert for any unlawful activity. Report concerns through the app so we can keep the community safe.

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

Gathert facilitates connections between customers and businesses but is not the provider of the event services or products. Each business is responsible for fulfilling its orders.

Gathert is not liable for the performance of businesses, except where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
